tricep problem

i have a tricep problem, it seems everything grows fast except my triceps man and work hard on my tri i don't know man, i see a lot of people and some of these guys have huge triceps man anybody that had the same problem and found solution plz let me know my bicep legs chest everything except tri.
 
Bro, I would post this on the training board.

But since you've already posted here, the best method for growth is brief, infrequent workouts focusing on the basics. Close grip bench and dips are the best mass builders for triceps. Just remember they also get a workout when you do chest and shoulders. Also eat plenty. :)
 
c3body thx i really try to work hard on them but they just seem to no grow damn i need some more info guys the tricep freaks plz help out i know there is a lot of you out there ehhe let me know the trick for triceps.
 
OK, what worked for me:

I always did tri's twice a week, at least 16-20 sets, Tuesday combined with Chest, Friday with delts. They definitely got much stronger, but not bigger.

About 2 months ago I changed to doing tri's 3 times a week (Sunday Tuesday Friday). On Sunday I do 4 sets, Tuesday I do 6 sets and Friday I do 12-14 sets. On Friday I don't do delts anymore, but bi's.

So far I gained 1.25 inch in 2 months time.

Many bro's will say too many sets, but I need the high number of sets. During daytime at work (office) I don't move around a lot, only sitting behind a PC or having meetings.
 
Skullcrushers seemed to work the best for me, followed by pressdowns. Finish off with dips and your tris will be pumped for sure.
 
i do the same as surgical, around 12 (4 of each) sets every 6 days or so, works weel for me, i just wish had biceps, mine are just long a smooth, no peak
 
seated french presses heavy(I mean 130 plus) with slow negatives and rest pauses are the only thing you need for killer tris.
