id like some feedback on some approximate wts that you guys use on lying db extensions and lying barbell extension wts with olympic bar.
i can do around 315 for one (yeah i know it sucks). my best db extension for 3 sets is about 40x8-10 and 150x5 on strict barbell extension to the chin, about 1 inch away from chin.
id like to know what kind of wts you guys use and what your max shirtless bench press is...
and a hypothetical...what kind of wts would a 400 lb bencher be able to use approximately?
