Trex update and questions for anyone...

Ok, about 2 1/2 months ago I started getting back in to training...

I am 6'4" & I was about 235lbs then. Now I am 222lbs as of this morning.

Was taking no supplements till about 1 1/2 months ago.

Started off with:
2x Trex before morning workout on empty stomach (6:45am)
1x Trex at lunch
Multi Vita
Omega 3's

*Went pretty well for about 1/2 month lost about 6-7lbs.

Now:
2x Trex before morning workout on empty stomach (6:45am)
1x Trex Lunch
2x Sesapure at every meal
2x Glucorell R before meals with 40+ carbs
Amino Acid supplements
4x Omega 3's
Multi Vita

Workout (3-4x per week):
45min of Cardio (usually stairs - absolutely dripping Trex kicks in right away)
20-25min of weights (not trying to bulk up so just 3x 10-12reps med weight)

Diet:
150-200 oz of Water (Trex makes me so thirsty, its like a game to try to get my piss to not look like gold water)
125-140g Protein
40g carbs with meals
3 meals & 2 snacks per day
1700-2000 calories


SEEM TO BE HITTING A ROADBLOCK HERE CANT GET UNDER 220LBS. MY GOAL IS 215LBS & LEAN.

even at 2200 cals, that still seems below maintenance for a guy your size.. is there anything you're forgetting? (like a couple bigmac's?) :)
 
what do you guys think the ideal number of calories would be for me given my goals...looking to drop another 7-8lbs & keep muscle mass - not looking to build much.

6'4 @ 235, you could probably do a slow cut at 2500cals a day, honestly....if you're trying to make it happen quicker.. well, then less calories.

trial and error is the best way to judge it.
