Really, 12 days in and my sleep has NEVER been better. Normally Im an insomniac and get 5 hours sleep max. Since starting this cycle I get a solid 9 hours. Hope it lasts
 
Wow..thats amazing, I wish. 2 nights so far I havent been able to sleep at all... its hard for me to fall asleep normally, but now its been real tough. And when I do fall asleep, a couple of nights Ive woken up with my heart like racing. I wish I got 9 hours a night.
 
That requires waking up with enough time to do that before i gotta run and catch a train, and its been real hard to wake up in the morning after sleeping so few hours that night. If it will help ill give it a shot...

Im taking 400mg ED vitamen B6+small amount of mixed B complexes - its supposed to help suppress progesterone but its also natures natural way of relaxing you. Try it, cant hurt any
 
Thats one thing I was wondering, what vitamins are good to take...Im gonna go pick some up in a few. I could use the relaxation, especially at night.... and quitting smoking is even harder now running tren god damn it. Although I gotta say, between the test, the eq, and the tren, even with the lack of sleep I feel fuckin great. Confidence is way up and I havent dwelled on any depressing shit in weeks. I did get a solid 7 hours of sleep last night though, woke up 2 or 3 times but passed right back out.
 
I know..shortness of breath is a bitch..especially since i play football on sundays too. But Im holdin up alright. Anxiety hasnt really been too much of a problem just yet.. but im only in my second week runnin the tren mix. Got 4 more weeks to go..
