Hi Bro,

400mg/ week, been on about 12 days. First 5 days noticed a big difference in strength and shape - probably the test and small amount of acetate kicking in.

No sides upto now, shape not as good as it was 5 days ago, but probably cos Ive been drinking a huge amount of milk causing bloat. cut the milk no will keep you posted.

Trying to keep my diet clean, high protein, moderate fats, low carbs. Just want to make sure I take in all the calories necessary and let the tren do its magic. Im taking 100mg EOD. along with 400mg eq and 500mg sust per week. Its been a week and 2 days. Noticed some strength gains this week, last night I put up 5 extra reps of my max bench..so I felt good about that. Night sweats started last night, though not puddles like some bros get, just a damp pillow..some insomnia last week, been alright sleeping this week so far. Also noticed a few more veins this morning that I hadnt seen yet...so im hoping those stick around and start poppin out more. Thats where Im at right now.. keep me posted on how your making out, I dont know anyone else using the tren mix.

Cool. Last thing - im on a high protein low carbs diet (no carbs after 3pm).

How many grams carbs a day + calories are you having a day?
 
The only carbs I eat are whole grains and vegetables..and I dont eat any within 4 hours of sleep. I workout at night, so I have to have some during the day. Usually some granola in the morning, whole wheat bread or wrap on a sandwich during the day, and vegetables with my chicken after work. Thats the extent of my carb eating, no sugars or anything of that nature. Since Im trying to get bigger right now, im trying to eat around 3500-4000 calories a day which is plenty for me and my body weight.

This might be the dumbest thing i have heard on here in a while. Here is why...

1. If you dont eat 4 hours before sleep, then sleep 8 more hours, thats 12 hrs of fasting where your muscles are not being fed.

2. On top of this you say u workout at night. A solid post workout shake AND meal are the two most important meals of the day. If you do not eat anything after you train you are at high risk for muscle breakdown and in a very catabolic state even while on AAS. U need to eat at night, bottom line.

Yes, I said I dont eat ANY (speaking of carbs, which was the conversation) 4 hours before sleep. I eat post workout, and have a protein shake right before sleeping.
 
And Id be pretty lucky to get 8 hours of sleep while running tren! Thats my biggest problem right now, not sleeping enough.
