Tren,Test,HGH,Peptides & Diet/Cardio Help!!!

Im Guessing my bodyfat is between 18-22%,34 years old,256.7 lbs in am - im a very estrogen filled person my whole life. i bloat easily...pics on here are not what i look like now and i can show them to anyone that wants to see but im not posting them up right yet.

:evil: Currently Just starting(4 days)
1) tren ace EOD 100MG
2) test Enanthate 100mg week
3) taking 2iu'sHGH in morning
4) peptides - for 3 weeks prior ive been running ghrp-2(150mcg)/cjc-1293(100mcg) shoit 3x daily,sometimes 4 and a ghrp-6/cjc shot before bed...i'm sure this is keeping a ton of weight on me:worried:
im ceasing the daily ghrp/cjc shots to see if that drops some wight
5)igf-lr3 40mcg x 4 times a week about 2 weeks worth left
6) I have Letro and arimidex but not sure which to use so stupidly i use one or the other every 3rd day,i know....but like i said im a bit messed up here.

I'd like to lose 40lbs of fat and get down to around 210-220

Diet:
e
wake up do hgh shot 2iu's

30 mins later 2 scoops nitro-tech(which im not buying again)makes my stomach go nuts-lactose probably and soy,3/4-1cup oats,banana or pineapple mango chunks,5g creatine,multivitamin

15 mins later fiber supplement

pre workout: powerade zero,2 scoops extreme shock pre-workout
post workout immediate ghrp-2/cjc shot
10 mins later igf-lr3 40mcg bilaterally
10 mins after that i drink 2 gatorade "recover" drinks carbs/protein --15g/15g each

30 mins later 6oz ground turkey/8oz yams
2 hours later 6oz ground turkey/bag of frozen spinach
3 hours later same meal as previous
2 hours later dinner either 8-10 oz fish or 6-8 oz lea nbeef or 8 oz chicken and some vegetables

I Cheat at night quite a bit and im sure that will also be another 500-1000 calories. So I'm SERIOUS now and no more playing. Id really loe some help

More confusion though about length and type of cardio best for me.I CANT BREATHE FOR SHIT ON TREN. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP. ANYTHING ELSE NEEDED LET ME KNOW.

Also have roxylean fatburners and clen but im sweating like a mutha already...whjat to do

generalkly will do a high volume workout with various rep ranges or heavy lower volume with different intensity techniques...
 
Dont spend all that money on gear and cheat bro... Buckle down... Stay away from the clen unless your gonna use T3... Cardio i would keep to about 20 minutes per day on the bike.... Thats all im saying.... Im not commenting on your cycle tho... i think you need to get you BF down before cycling.... And thats a hellacious stack... I would run the Arimidex at .5mg EOD, and only use the letro at signs of gyno or prolactin...What do you think that 210 will net you... Have you had skin folds done to know exactly what your BF is... 18-22, im saying 25%....
 
No I havent had skin fold calipers in a while. Im not sure what you mean by what will 210 net me??

And as for burnthiscorpse instead of just dropping an opinion maybe you could tell me your experience. What you did...etc...im not pretending to know everything. And as for the 100mg a week im just doing an hrt dose. As for gear I think people do way too much anyways and ive had much success at this dose previously but im just not responding the same now. And im using the gear to "help" because as of lately when im "off" I just seem to look fat and soft despite my efforts. Add in sloppy eating and I guess thats why im at where im at. Not to mention the ED sides.

Im trying to keep cals around 2500 on training days and 2000 on Non...
 
I think the test at 100 is okay (but I would maybe do it every 4-5 days) as GH w/o test is a waste (IMHO). The tren, well, granted the androgens bind to fat but the adverse affect on your ability to do cardio may actually result in less fat loss (but who know).

can't speak to the Peptides--not a clue.
 
may want to watch the clen--I would bet your BP is through the roof

change-up training to HITT.

and as you already know cheating at night is about the worst thing possible (trust me, I share the problem but once you do something for about 21 days it becomes a habit so you should be able to control it)--but is may be harder as GH can play with insulin & thyroid a bit (I think-not sure so you should check with GH bros--may want to see about OTC support for this so it does not exacerbate the night hunger)
 
Ok yes it is mostly diet and cardio advice. Fuck the sauce we dont even.have to talk about it...210 would net me 8-10 percent id guess...who knows. Ive stopped peps now for 2 days and I feel a bit better. Im not touching the clen....

Hiit for 20 or 30?
 
may want to watch the clen--I would bet your BP is through the roof

And how often and when to do hiit cardio for ME? Ill bet I drop 10lbs by monday just from not cheating and dropping the peps. Fucking ghrp-6 put some ugly weight on my ass...i appeeciate the guidance guys.
 
tren at your bf can be pretty dangerous.
 
Fasted morning cardio will melt the fat off you faster than anything else.
Either do 30-45 min at your target heart rate or do something like interval sprinting. Both work very well.

On non training days I would do cardio 2x but thats me.

Ok but what if I have to train in the morning? And target we talking 65% or 75% max hr?
 
You need to stop cheating. If you can get that under control you should start to see more results. Get some lean protein late to hold you over, but lay off the carbs at night. Most night snacking (cheating) is pure carbs.

My girl is running 3ius a day for recovery from an injury and fat loss. I think 4ius is a really nice solid dose for you since you're a big guy. I'd also raise the test to 200mg. 100mg is fine but I just think 200 is a bit better and will help with everything.
 
And here is an important question.....if I cant do fasted cardio in am whats my best option for evenings?

What am gonna say ur not gonna wanna hear but your not ready for aas ur far away. Ur probly more like 28-32% bf at 256 depending on ur height.

You need to get motivated and serious more less ready to commit and stick to it. You should be max of 18%bf.

Are you doing a solid weight lifting routine also? It will help you burn fat since your body will be using up the calories and constantly rebuilding the muscle. Plus with Tren, you should be sweating like a maniac and burning calories just from weight lifting. So you can use the morning for fasted cardio and evening for weights. if you have the free time for 2 trips to the gym.
 
You should be able to google Heart rate chart and find a bunch of HR charts that go by age and give you max HR then also a target training zone for various types of training. Or at least a good idea to go by.
I'm 36 and 225 and I shoot for 130bpm. Unless you get into interval sprinting then your obviously going to get close to max off and on.

Yes I train like a motherfucker and sweat my ass off constantly only been1 week so I will take all advice given here...or mostly anyways...how the hell do I stay on a positive physical state. My shits all fucked up from previous cycles and im TERRIFIED OF HOW BAD I would look and feel on nothing...seriously,what would you really do on my position?

Hmmm...you might want to just go REALLY strict on diet and cardio first. With that alone you should shed a lot of fat easily. Then when you hit a plateua, throw in the T3 and ECA stack with some Test (if you have used AAS before, I forgot if you said you've used before or not). Keep weight lifting as well. Once you're down to a reasonable bodyfat, like 15% or so, then you can think about throwing in the big boy drugs. Otherwise you might be disappointed, ya know? HGH is ok to run though as long as you have the money for it just keep running it long term.

i got some primatene tabs 12.5mg ephedrine hci / some vivarin @ 200mg caffeine a piece whoich im assuming is too much for each dose / and 81mg aspirin...

im always dissapointed when i cycle because its never fully what i want and then i crash after even with a pct...
as for cycles yes ive done a bunch...im not new..i guess ill give it a go but no one has answered my question about test...see im pretty much going to be a lifer fromn what i can tell thats where the hrt low dose came in....if i go off i have no sex drive,high estrogen,get fatter (which is why i partially look the way i do and anyone who has dealt with the previous mentioned symptoms can vouch that im not full of shit. I mean its a no brainer im 34 - i go off test - i turn into a woman. period.

Your pretty high in the other pic. Get a caliper test it. As you get older the averages are different you need a chart. Maybe not 40 but its higher than 22 for sure gotta be in the 30's you just dont relize it. I did the same thing I was great shape then gained some weight alot of weight.

Im just saying doesnt look like it a whole lot. You a big guy not a fat guy but you do have a stomach and you know that. Just like i did back then. Its hard when we go from ripped up to not ripped up.

I hope so.ive made the decision to stop tren,stay on low test,raise hgh to 4iu,stop cheating...been 3 days now,add I fasted cardio 45mins 5-6 days week....bought eca stack components as well but will wait on that as well...

As far as what happened? We had a baby and I gave up. Ate like shit on top of bodybuilding foods. Called it Mass,lol. In that pic im on clen,tren,test,
 
Well id like to say im coming with good news but im not. I stopped cheating. Got up 5 days this week and did.either 45mins moderate or 30 hit....ive lost nothing. As a matter of fact im heavier this morning. Explain that shit!
 
that sucks bro regarding the backslide into the way you look now. I understand how thats gotta make you feel mentally.
I went from 280 (bout 10 lb heavier than i was in my avi) to 265 and fat due to sudden shoulder issues. Then on top of that my diet went to cake, ice cream, beer....ect...I gave up too.
I lost 45 lb last year in like 3 mos. and that was with a good handful of days where i freaked out and ate everything in sight.
I couldnt train so i basically starved myself with 1500 cals ed and did cardio 1-2 times ed.
Forgive me if I missed it but have you had recent blood work done?

And keep following your diet as planned. I wouldn't use the ECA until you shed some BF. friend of mine abused the ephedrine and had to be taken to the hospital fromchest pains. At age 25... Hgh can cause some serious water retention in some, have you ever considered that? Maybe this is why you are heavier..I took ghrp 6 and it fuckin ballooned me , I am so disappointed because I bought 25 vials of it lol.

If your diet is on and your doing more than enough cardio then have you considered maybe theres a hypothyroid thing going on? Again, I dunno if you have gotten recent bloods done.
Almost all of your symptoms can be attributed to hypothyroid.

The problem here is that with most doctors if your number is in their butt fucked "range" then they wont help you. If this is the case then you need to find a doc or endo that will treat the symptoms not the range.
If you could get your bloodwork paperwork from the last two years or so (provided you get it done) you can track whats happened to your thyroid.
That might not be your problem but my money is on that.

EDIT: Every symptom you listed for the last 8 mos is EXACTLY what my wife was going through. Word for word. Our doc wouldnt treat cause she was "in range" so she told her fuck off and found a new one. Finally her shit is 90%$ back to normal and improving.

You really did 1500cals a.day???? How the fuckndidnyou not fall over from exhaustion? No training? No I havent had bloods. No insurance...so I just get sick at the thought of paying $250+ for a blood panel...then I would need an endo whoch I have in mind but he wants $700 cash...i know my whole shit.is fucked.up. And yes the day you guys let me have it i was in tears and I feel like even more of a doucher because wjat I usually donisnt working anymore.

And yes ghrp-6 really works ifbits ugly size you want...i too have a large tupperware in freezer full of ghrp-2,ghrp-6 and a few hgh frags...its just made my torso enormous...i started getting nipple.pains then jumped.on tren so I figured prami would help alot with my puffy tits. It is alittle so far..but I just feel like im holding on to everything I eat...tell me what to do and.ill do,it! Please someone that knows what theyre doing im a great trainee. Im hungry and fed up. Im ready to.do what it takes....dud you see my diet bro?

As for being heavier sure i get thats part of it. But why do people rave about gh so much? I dont get it. Maybe ill be leaner from it eventually but so far im not that impressed. And yes my shit is good.

I was out of training with rotator tendon issues for 17 mos. I was tired of being a fat fuck. So yes I starved myself and did an assload of cardio.
I did get dizzy spells too now and then. On the plus side my BP is pefection now as is my entire blood panel.


Ok...on to you.....

You gotta get a full panel done bro. doc, endo, whatever. You gotta see where everything is at. Talk to your regular doc about treating symptoms even if your thyroid is within range.
Just a thyroid panel should be pretty cheap. But if its been a long time then i strongly urge you to get a full work up to make sure there are no other issues happening.
Also i seriously hope you have a home BP monitor and have been keeping an eye on that.
If you dont have one then shame on you for using shit like tren and not watching your BP and get your ass to the drug store today and get one!!!!
Self medicating for thyroid is not something you want to get into yourself. Plus you dont know if its T3 or T4 thats the problem ect....

Just for an FYI let me give you an example of what you might be looking at..... range is usually something like 0.4-4.8. my wife was at like 2.8 and the bitch would do nothing. her hair was falling out in the shower like a shedding dog, real moody, emotional, low sex drive, achey alot allover, could not get up in the morning, exhausted all day, hands would go numb, sleep was shitty she would diet and do cardio and actually gain weight....and more that im forgetting.
Her levels are now around .9-1.0 and she feels great. It takes a few months cause you have to let the dose level out and re check bloods and adjust and then re check ect....til it stabilizes.

Certainly there might be other things going on but this sounds like a classic case.

i think you need to relax a bit. it sounds as if your freaking out a little much because you've been doing cardio/dieting and your not dropping weight on the scale. last cycle i did i weighed myself everyday and it drove me crazy. i haven't weighted myself more then once a week this time and I'm quite a bit more sane i have to say. i stopped working out for about 9 months after being on test/tren and stopping mid cycle b/c of depression, mood swings, not having energy, lack of wanting to do anything at all really. i attribute most if not all of that to the tren. will not be touching that sht again, probably ever. i know you said you dropped the tren, i really think that'll help out your mood and lethargy a lot once it clears your system completely.

anyway, back to the weighing yourself thing which is the biggest thing i want to comment on. i started a cycle and am on currently test tren and t3/eca (minus the tren now). obv trying to get down in BF and shred up a bit. quit the tren, feel 1000x better without it, good fkn riddance. but my point is, i started this cycle at 220 pounds, don't know exact BF, but prob around 15/16%. its been 5 1/2 weeks now. the scale says i weigh 214 pounds. 6 pounds less then i started. fk the scale. i have got comment after comment from ppl that see me and see me back in shape and not a fata** anymore. i look and am pretty damn sure that I've lost about 20ish pounds. I've been getting stares, got hit on by 2 girls the other night (heard them talking about me and "my arms" before they came up to me) so, not trying to sound cocky, but dude. you haven't given yourself enough time to see weight drop. if your dieting and doing cardio, the results will come. no fckg way they won't, if you stick to your sht.

you don't have to be abs perfect with diet. it is the MOST important thing about any of this, i know that, but your stressing yourself out and i read your posts and you sound like me. and i crashed and burned. from waaay too much stress and whatnot. just eat healthy. if you fk up, it sucks, but get back on it the next day. don't worry about the scale, i guarantee you in a month or 2 you WILL notice a huge difference esp since you've been at a low BF before. its so much easier to get back there IMO once you've been there.

i know this is probably pretty long of a post to read for just a little advice, but i just took my EC soo i tend to get a little wired. but hope I can help a little. ive been right where u are now bro and gotten myself out. well.. almost anyway. still working to get to 6%, but somehow, haven't cheated ONCE yet, and goddam* does it make a difference. confidence and weight wise. so ill be there soon...

That is a great post. Yes im a stressed motherfucker. Ask ways have been. I worry the entire time I.diet everytime....booo. Well,i do feel my body composition changed a little,and yes tren is a fuckimb cocksucker. Total love/hate...but hating the mindfuck and mild depression. Any pain or sensitivity?? Also try some magnesium powder and GABA powder. It is a great combo for stress.! Let the tap run hot and take a teaspoon of magnesium citrate drop in in a few ounces of hot water let it bubble up and then add some cold water and drink. Cheap to buy and Definitely helps to feel at ease. GABA I take a few grams every night before bed and I sleep like a baby whereas I sometimes can stress about stuff at night
 
Sorry bro, but after seeing the photos, I would say you weren't ready for anything but the gym. If you are eating right and training hard don't worry about it for a few weeks, then take pics and compare. It is way to hard to see if you lost 3 lbs of fat and put in 2 lbs of muscle. Good luck.
