Been going on a week here. As I write this I've been up 24 hrs. It takes a 2X dose of this prescription sleeping aide I have to get to bed, sometimes more. But I HATE using it because THAT in-itself has side effects that really suck!
It's very tough to explain. I'm, not so much impatient when dealing with people. It's only when I lie down to bed I just sit there and can't doze off.
And I have no idea what the fu*ck it is.
I'm looking into these options: (because I am VERY Tense)
Yoga & Massage Therapy. These should be beneficial?
Any other suggestions??
