Tren Enth + Test Enth 10 week cycle

202 lbs 15-20% BF
did a few cycles over 5 years ago. These included test, tren ace, winny, eq, deca and anavar.

really on 3 cycles. one was very long and i had trouble coming off. Had no knowledge at the time. Been putting in the minutes since and very apprehensive to step it up again, but as spring rears its head my heart has changed.

My goals are to gain 10-15lbs of muscle and lose 10 lbs of fat.

I will be lifting 4 days a week. M,T,T,F
HIIT Cardio Tues, and Friday post workout.
Might do yoga or cardio on W,and Sat

diet is 250G protein and all the vegetables and beans i can eat but will try and stop eating beans after 7PM. Have a feeling i might need to add some complex carbs throughout but would like to keep the carbs low and a caloric deficit throughout.

Cycle:
test enth 350/wk, wk 1-10 (250mg shot e5d)
tren enth 280/wk wk 1-8 (200mg shot e5d)

adex on hand and clomid for pct

might be doing anavar during pct and starting up again very shortly which im sure is very frowened upon, but i don't wanna be on test for 2 long because i have very hard time coming off and i would like to do a long cycle... Please any advice.

your probably right. I have seen it suggested several times that a caloric deficit multiplies fat loss when on cycle.

Would you be opposed to me just eating when im hungry, in a listening to my body way, or must I plan exact calories throughout each day?

For me I intend to adjust my diet and plan according to the results i see. If i'm not gaining, I will eat. But i'f i'm gaining well and losing fat, i will be happy.

Listen to your body to a degree, but then push it one step further. A sandwich and a few chips wont cut it. Lots of wholesome protein rich food is required. Don't worry about putting on weight mate. You must eat to build, and the more muscle you carry, the fat will melt off you.

Just eat lots and clean and work hard and your test will serve you. Do some high intensity interval cardio to burn off unwanted fat. The anabolic steroids will stop any catabolism as you do this. Job done. :D
 
How tall are you? BF seems to high for AAS...

What i eat has been in check. For the last couple months ive been microwaving vegetables in the morning, something i rarely see. I my friend recently introduced me to coke zero and tuna shakes to get protein 50g protein in and quick but its solid and keep you full longer.

I will eat lots. Doing HIC after my weights good/bad? 3 days a week enough?

I am 6' 1"

And this is something i have def considered. I asked a lot of friends and trainers at my gym and they felt that this was a cycle fit for my body and my current goals. In fact not one person advised me to wait, if that means anything at all ha
 
I guess in large part the reason most people told me to do it is probably because since Aug 2010 i have lost 26lbs, slowly over time, through diet and lifting. No crash dieting. No tricks. Just hard work and gym time. But i will admit that most users i know think AAS will solve world hunger so i take there advice with a grain of salt.

Why is it that someone would recommend getting BF down before AAS. I only recall members saying that you won't get the full benefits, but that doesn't seam like a GREAT reason NOT to do it, but there could be another.
 
i think you should have a clear goal to either bulk or cut when on.. i think yo should have a very good formula for the amount of calories, protein, etc that will work for you and your bodyweight.

i wouldnt run clomid after a tren cycle.. or at all to be honest.

and i would run formastanzol with that cycle for both the tren and test sides..

I am planning on gaining muscle and strength. I expect to be able to gain 20 lbs but have also found it quite common in a similar cycles to mine that with diet and cardio quite noticeable amounts of fat will be lost along with, which happens to be an outcome i am fairly happy with :google:

will not be ordering any online AI's like forma but i am open to any PCT suggestions that are more "classic"
 
The reason we say get ur body fat down is because if ur heavy, ur obviously not eating and dieting right. So u should .learn proper diet and technique, and need to do tons of research.

Why do u newbs think aas is a joke? Ur the kids on here a month into cycle asking Mr how to get ur Dick hard, and wondering why u cant sleep, n u habe.joint stiffness, tren cough, chest pains, anal leak, whatever..
U should be in the best condition before ever starting a cycle....

Newbs need to understand this isnt overnight. Its a lifestyle change and takes years of dedication to have a nice muscular physique. There is no slacking or time for wendys n pizza...

If ur in good shape, its shows u have discipline. And can keep a diet and make sacrifices that are needed to make ur body stronger....

Im gooing on tren to build some lean mass but loking for that ultimate definition that i have strived for over the passed year, but naturally i have seemed to plateau< what do you think of a 10 week tren course with CYT3?

I have adex to combat any sides from test, esp the bloating.

I have done tren before, acetate though, and didn't have trouble sleeping at all. Might have been the extra curricular activities? the cough and sweats are a different story. I;ll grab some caber if the sides come i have easy access.

Becasue AAS doesn't replace what you posted above, no magic tricks/golden calf/etc...
