Treat T3 with respect !!

Off late, i've been noticing a few threads on T3 and though i havn't posted in any of them, here is my experience with this extremely potent drug and i've burned my fingers and hands to know to treat the bloody thing with great respect.

It could surprise a few of you that i was once in the " obese " catagory. I'm 5 10 & 3/4. I weighed in 245lbs with a 46 in waist on the 31st of may 2008 when i decided that i simply had to do something about it. I started researching on the net and repeatedly read that cardio was my only way out alongwith a diet that took me down the caloric defecit path.

I made my very own POA and started on the 4th of june. I started with 5 minutes of cardio as i couldn't handle more and slowly worked my way up by increasing 2 - 3 mins every once in 5 days or so. By mid july, i was putting in an hour's brisk walk every morning and had already lost 15lbs !! Jesus christ !!

I stumbled on to something very important then. I discovered that walking ( cardio ) on an empty stomach burns more fat! I started from the very next day. And then the same article also suggested cardio twice a day. Here, by mid july, i started hitting the treadmill twice a day, sometimes thrice!! I wasn't at all bothered about muscle loss ( a mistake although a minor one which you'll soon see ) and just wanted to lose the damn blubber, thats all. So, the two sessions a day cardio went on uptil mid august thereabouts and i had dropped another 5lbs.

And suddenly, i hit a wall. In terms of ' a wall ' i mean, the fat loss wasn't as drastic anymore or in layman terms, the scale wasn't moving as fast. I started getting desperate. And not because of anythingelse, but because i had set a target and desperately wanted to get there. Willy nilly. And the target was, 175lbs by christmas.

Here's where AAS stepped into my life. I didn't even know that bodybuilders used steroids until then....

Again, hopping onto google, i started researching for fat loss aids. Please remember that i had already lost around 30 odd lbs on my own steam and was looking for a little boost. Enter CLENBUTEROL and CYTOMEL ( T3 )

I read a statement made by a guy who is regarded as a steroid guru by many. He said " t3 strips the fat off you faster than a whore can strip her panties off " and that made me LMAO. I wanted both these products. Period. The greatest mistake i made here was, although i thoroughly researched CLEN, i assumed t3 to be much the same and DID NOT research it. I called my cousin a pharmacist and told him what i needed and the next day both products were on my shelf. Now for the dosages. I went back to google and read up on ramping the clen & t3 and doing 2 weeks off and 2 weeks on, on both.

I started the very next day.

Fast forward. Dec 21st :

Height : 5 10 & 3/4
Weight : 177lbs
Waist : 34

Yes, i had achieved my target. BUT I HAD LOST EVERY OUNCE OF MUSCLE THAT I HAD EVER HAD. I was peeled. Skinny. Thin. Shrunk. Looked Emaciated. You know? The ethiopian under starved look? Yup, that was me. Every one of my friends and aquaintances i knew were asking me if i was ok? Was my health ok? No one said you look fabulous. At first i thought they all were jealous of what i had achieved. But slowly it dawned on me. A couple of friends who've always been there through thick n thin said the same thing. And i was left with just one word. Shrunk.

And i had every reason to believe that i had T3 to thank. Clen just does not eat muscle in that drastic a fashion. And then once again my researches started. That is when i actually learned that no one ever EVER runs T3 on its own without test to spare the muscle and then burn fat. A lesson VERY WELL learned. Got to my goal, but without the muscle. My own foolishness and lack of research.

Thats when i started my very 1st dbol only cycle. Haha. Gained 17lbs, kept 12. Here i am' today, the 27th of may 2009, in the 8th week of my test e & eq cycle. Weighed in at 204lbs. Have added a couple of inches to my waist though. But never mind. I know how to strip it off :supercool

I have penned the above for the benefit of Newbies researching on clen & t3 and their amazing fat loss effects. I was one too once upon a time :rainbow:

It is common knowledge to run T3 with an anabolic bro. T3 is far less dangerous than people make it out to be if you are smart about dosing and when you take it. Just like test, tren etc... it can cause a hormonal type disturbance that can cause a lot of trouble. Treat these drugs with respect and most people will not have any issues. Not all... most.
 
I wish I wouldve run t3 with test. Lartinos, how do you avoid rebound? Or is rebound on some level just unavoidable?

I got fairly lean on t3 and clen, but when I came off became much softer again, with NO change in diet or workouts..

I ramped it up, to 80 mg, and the clen to 100, I believe I was on for a total of 4 weeks..and took every 3rd or so day off clen..felt cracked out..
 
Try running them separate or run a good thermo when you come off. You also wanna take supplements that naturally boost your thyroid production such as 7keto-dhea and kelp.
 
I will also add that if you got stricter with your diet and was in ketosis you would probably see very little if any at all in body comp change. Listen folks... you could throw all these products out the window and just get into ketosis and run some sort of ananbolic with AWESOME results. The anabolic would spare muscle while the keto diet shreds you!

Good advice..thanks bro. What do you think of targeted keto? Complex carbs only before and after lifting? I believe is what it consists of...

You mean strictly keto diet, not even post workout carbs? I'm on week 6 of a test-e tren-e and eq cycle and feel like starting a keto diet, waited until know because I'm starting to feel the works of the long esters and before the cycle started kicking in I was afraid to lose muscle.

yep, and var is not enough to stop the loss of muscle.. so test even in a low dose is needed..

Exactly. I think primo should be run with t-3 because it is the only steroid proven to work even with low cal and during muscle waiting. I think everyone should run a good 400mg of primo ew well running t-3
 
I think that whether anavar is strong enough is very debatable. Dosing on both could also change the outcome.

Needto is correct ,you can always rely on good ole Primo ,it works even in a calorie defiect diet!

exactly. No matter wait if you run primo with t-3 you are good to go. It works during calorie surplus or Deficient. T-3 and primo is a bad ass combo for sure.

34 inch in jeans as waist is hardly "Ethiopian" when you're 5'10... No Steriod or HGH or Clen or T3 will make you loose weight the way you describe, as by "magic"... Diet and regular trainig is what does it... And T3 is very hyped to almost mythical status on all forums, due to the fact that so few ppl have actually used it, but still "know" so much about it.
