Hey I'm currently running my first cycle of sus at 500mg/week and I want to get really strong and big my current splits are chest tri , back bi , legs , shoulders and 2 days on 1 day off then 2 days on , anyways I was wk wondering if powerlifting only workouts would be good like squat deadlift bench shoulder press and such would be good to achieve my goals
 
more info. how old are you. how long have you been training. how often do you train. What's your daily caloric intake. Are you already ON or are you planning to be on. how much do you weigh, what is your body fat %. How tall are you.
