Hey I'm currently running my first cycle of sus at 500mg/week and I want to get really strong and big my current splits are chest tri , back bi , legs , shoulders and 2 days on 1 day off then 2 days on , anyways I was wk wondering if powerlifting only workouts would be good like squat deadlift bench shoulder press and such would be good to achieve my goals
