Here is the thing on first proper cycle nothing major 10 week sus250 not new to lifting and love a good smash in the gym currently on a 4 day split will be on this for 4 weeks then change it up whilst bulking on the juice working off my 1 RM and my diet is sound bacially eat till I carnt eat no more and repeat 2-3 hrs later anyway the question is my form is good and time spent is suffice however I don't feel like I have worked the muscle group and dont seem to get any DOMS for the days to follow a workout am I lifting too heavy and not getting the most out of the muscles sound advice needed
 
Are you eating enough of the RIGHT foods? How many sets are you doing per exercise and bodypart?
 
I wouldn't say to the T but I have a good understanding of nutrition and have worked out a good plan as for training without writing it all out today was shoulders an forearms 3 exercises 3 sets 8-10 reps or to failure for forearms an shoulders 6 ex 3-4 sets 8-10 reps or to failure Go Big Or Go Home
 
I may be stating the obvious but gear can significantly improve recovery and increase strength and endurance.
Add to that a pin point diet, a good understanding of your body and some decent on cycle ancillaries and supps.
Add in some aggression to that and yeah you should be feeling god like by week 3-4 at at the latest.
 
Totally agree but rest is important for muscle development do you think that while on the cycle 5 days straight training all major groups won't hinder gains i value your in put new to AAS not to iron
 
Yeah if you're getting 8 hours of sleep a night as well you are going to have a very successful cycle.

I over train very easily so i stick to a 3 day split even on cycle. Now i do have days when i walk in and feel like i could eat the fucking weights lol so i go hard for it!
But everyone is different when it comes to this. Some can tolerate much more then others. My suggestion would be if you feel like you not given 100% then by all means do more!
Just keep a close eye how you feel,you don't want to over train and then have to take a few extra days of for proper recovery.
 
I love food to much to be calorie count to the extent of less than 7-8-9% body fat I'm not looking to become an Adonis I'm just wanna pack on solid mass and keep it then think about cutting for beach season lol I'm eaisly consuming 3-4k a day of good foods

Right gonna smash it go a little lighter but go to failure rip these muscles up
 
I do 6 excercises on shoulders dude, maybe bump it up a bit

The body has a way of adapting into it's confort zome ,therefore a change of routine is needed to throw everything outta place and keep the muscles guessing.

That was an informative read thanks for the post I always change things up every 6 weeks or so but Reading that probs gonna try pyrimid training any1 know a good place to print a good 3/4 day split?

That is a pyramid system, if you can't handle it, i'll understand some puke halfway thru ,I'm doing it now Balls to the wall and i'm 60.

It's not how old you are it's how old you feel or the age of the women you feel which
ever equates to the younger just go with that pal
