Here is the thing on first proper cycle nothing major 10 week sus250 not new to lifting and love a good smash in the gym currently on a 4 day split will be on this for 4 weeks then change it up whilst bulking on the juice working off my 1 RM and my diet is sound bacially eat till I carnt eat no more and repeat 2-3 hrs later anyway the question is my form is good and time spent is suffice however I don't feel like I have worked the muscle group and dont seem to get any DOMS for the days to follow a workout am I lifting too heavy and not getting the most out of the muscles sound advice needed
