yeah i'm trying to get cut and more defined and maintain and put on as much muscle i can in the process...my stats are under the thread "heyy newbie here". i currently just changed my routine to one body part a day (this has been my first week doing it like that). right now i'm feeling nice and sore all overI trying to bulk up bigtime. Are you trying to rip up?
