Training with tendonitis?

The tendonitis I have in my wrist is really painfull, but Im gutted I cant train. This may be just wishfull thinking but would training make the tendonitis worse?

Anybody with experience of tendonitis?
 
I used to have it for a while, and the training just made it worse for me. I just took a few weeks break and it sorted itself out. You could try wrapping it up aswell.
 
Motrin and ice will help. You may need to take some time off and then use wraps when you go heavy. My wrists always hurt.....

I had severe tendonitis in both wrists after they absorbed the impact of a fall off a roof.I found it nearly impossible to lift, so I took 2 weeks off.When I went back I was fine for the first 3 days,and then It got bad again, so I took more time off.It went on like this for a few MONTHS until i found the cure.Deca 200mg/wk minimum, Tylenol- arthritis and an ice pack post workout , and I stopped using wrist wraps, which really helped.I was able to work out full force within a couple weeks.Hope this helps someone.
 
Get it fixed with prolotherapy and avoid anti-inflamatories such as ibuprofin and asperine. Inflamation is essential in healing.
