Training while ON

Most of my workouts when on will utilise a lot of supersets to exhaust the muscle and rip it up. As an example, I'll tell you how i work my back.

Superset:
Pull ups 3 x failure
Pull down 3 x 20 close grip

then:
bent over rows 3 x 6-10

Superset #2
Deadlifts 4 x 6-10
Cable rows 4 x 15-20 (good form)

This is what i do when even on only 20mg or dball daily for my total cycle. I rely on hard training and diet.
 
The only advice I can give anyone, it to stick with one thing. A lot of people change around a program every week and never get anywhere. Pick one program for off cycle or on, and stick with it for a while. Keep the weights piled on, eat good, and rest, and everything else will fall into place.

Doing 10-12 reps or doing 6-8reps, I still gained the same. I used same amount of sets for each.
 
My training remains the same, i only switch it if now to either try and keep growing/getting stronger or when summer time hits and I'm cutting.
