Training While on a cycle

Ok guys currently on sust (500mgs/wk) and dbol 30mgs a day, diet is on point hitting 300g of protein a day and about 3000 cals a day, looking to gain lean mass but not to much fat........want to maximize my training so thought about something today...should I :

A) Run my current routine :

Monday : AM cardio...PM chest/bicep
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: Am Cardio....PM Back/triceps
Thursday: OFF
Friday: AM Cardio.....PM Shoulders/traps
Saturday: Legs
Sunday : OFF

OR

B)

Monday: AM CARDIO......PM Chest/biceps
Tuesday: Back/Triceps
Wednesday: AM CARDIO......PM Legs/Shoulders Traps
Thurdsay: REPEAT MONDAY
FRIDAY: AM CARDIO.....PM REPEAT TUESDAY
SATURDAY: REPEAT WEDNESDAY
Sunday OFF

Is (B) looking like overtraining??? I want to up my chest while on...meaning its a lagging body part for me...what do you guys think? or recommned? feel free to change it up and recommend something different...

Good improvement on those pics? What did you run to drop 30 pounds (that's a crazy amount of weight).

Yeah I'm on week 3 now of a cycle. You could try hitting a body part every 5 days. Yesterday I did chest/shoulders/traps (which I never train together), about 70 minutes. I really hit it hard. I tried doing back today and realized my whole upper body was sore, so I just did abs and left the gym.

I've done something like.
Mon. Chest/tris
Tues. back/bis
Wed. Shoulders/Traps
Thurs. legs
Fri. Chest/tris
Sat. back/bis
Sun. rest

Basically you hit every body part 3 times every 2 weeks. I'm usually OK hitting back after chest. Today I guess because I did shoulders as well that my back was defenitely a little sore.

I like that split...legs are pretty solid so i dont need to work them 2X a week...hmm might consider that split...oh and thanks for compliment..30lbs was alot...but in retrospect it wasnt that hard...it came down to clen/eca and diet..that was it...the key was the diet...sticking to it...although i stuck to it about 90% of the time..if i would have 100% i would have dropped more...i did AM cardio on an empty tank 45 min everyday and lifted in the PM...believe it or not...i was on the 5X5 program at that time..the cardio shedded me along with the diet and the 5X5 kept me strong....

Good for you man. How long did it take you to loose all that weight?

What cycle are you running now (or will be running...)?

Contest was 12 weeks...so 12 weeks...not bad...goes to show what dedication can get you...currently on day 2 of sust 500mgs/wk and dbol 30mgs ED for 4 weeks
 
my vote goes for A, keep the training simple revolve around "the big 3" core exercises heavy and low rep 5 reps.....eat+train+sleep+gear=grow

My bad sust 500mgs/wk for 12 weeks...the dbol will only be ran for 4wks

I like the idea...looks good..my main concern is overtraining...what do you think?? also it looks like chest, tris, bis and back are hit 2X a week...shoulders traps and legs once.....i need to decided lol..its Tuesday and if im going ot run with this then i will need to do back and bi's tonight...

Mines almost the same, I just have a day schedule, not day of week. I find when I throw an extra rest day in there, for me its a world of difference.
day1 chest / tri's
day2 legs / abs
day3 off
day4 back / bi's
day5 shoulders / traps / abs
day6 off
For me the rest and recovery I get from that made me grow the fastest than when i trained with only 1 day a week off. the extra day in the middle gave me much more strength and didn't have much soreness at all during my workouts. My tri's would get sore from the chest/ tri day and 2 days later still hurt alot of times when doing any kind of shoulder press. I just seemed like that extra day off helped me to recover twice as fast. Just my opinion.
 
justa minor point i personally dont like doing traps the day are back cos deads kill me traps personally so why not include traps with legs instead of abs then do abs ands shoulder and just do abs once a week.
