Training to build muscle

5 exercises per muscle group

1 muscle group per week)

Without going into detail of routines etc does that look good to you for gaining size muscle???
 

Are you just starting out? In that case any plan that you'll do is an improvement over nothing.

I don't think I understand what you mean by one muscle group per week. What's the split?

Post up stats and I'm sure some bros will weigh in. Go read the stickies... They've got a lot of good info.
 
Age 21 weight 186-188 lbs height 6"2 training about a year straight no real improvements

Monday:
Chest

Tuesday:
Back

Wednesday:
Light cardio

Thursday:
Legs and bi's

Friday:
Shoulders and tri's
