How long do you all train for whilst on cycle?

Our ability to control cortisol/catabolism is increased whilst on cycle, i'm assuming it will depend to a degree on what compounds we run and individual training goals (strength, speed, size).

POST UP!!!

How long is your workout session (cardio not included) and why?

I typically train the same on cycle or off. Usually my workouts are somewhere between an hour and hour and a half.

You should train all out whether on or off. My workout time is the same on or off. The only time it differs is when I fall out of my workouts usually when Im off because I just refuse to go down in weight when Im off a cycle. it may be a ego thing but somehow I usually get it done.

Never been on yet (but am very close righ now) but why would your training change?

I train 110% now and i'm natty! My strength may very well go up if I get on AAS but I dont see how my training would/could be any harder!

Same as when off. 45 min - 1 hr. Just train with more intensity and less rest between sets. Same program. DC style, just do better on the rest pause sets.

off 90 minutes...on prob 2 hours...im very slow at everything and take long rests but i go to failure with everything...been working last few months so not gonna change it

from the voting trend it appears that 1.5 - 2 hrs + is fairly popular. This would indicate that people are getting results from this.

It also seems as though people do not change anything on / off cycle..... the intensity will obviousley increase due to higher endurance thresholds from the gear.

what are your thoughts on cortisol/catabolism ? not so much from overtraining (workin a musclegroup to often/not giving it enough time to repair) but from your training session going to long?

Ususally 1-1.5 hours for most bodyparts, legs 1.5-2 hours. You need to train like a freak to get the most out of what your taking, no point going in for a half assed session. Go hard or go home!

45mins - 1 hr.

Anything more than that, if you're goin intense and heavy, you'll most likely be over-training IMO

There's something you've missed here. You say you train with 110% effort, and that maybe so....BUT when you get stronger (which you definitely will do on the juice) you will be working harder because the weights are heavier. Heavier weights take more energy to move and can lead to overtraining more quickly. You may have to train for shorter periods of time when you get stronger to compensate for the heavier weights you'll be lifting.

Guys like you who give it 110% natty are the best candidates for improvement on juice.

You're in for a big surprise when you start!
