training split?

DO many of you do the each muscle group once a week ie m chest t back w legs th shoulders f arms

Im doing each muscle group twice a week now what do you guys think?
 
I trained two bodyparts twice a week, so for example chest and bis would be trained twice in the first week, shoulders and legs would be trained twice in the next week, and in the third week, back and bis would be trained twice.

Repeat.

I had a four day training split. The rotating bodyparts help to avoid overtraining.

I am still doing bodyparts twice every eight days now, only training three times a week.
 
I train each body part once a week only. I like to give my body ample rest time.
 
i think training every body part twice a week is
good but not indefinetly
you will eventually burn out your CNS much faster than you
would with each bodypart once a week
its good for a shock but stick to basics

so u would agree with once a week. Man i always here mixed info, like ppl saying once a week is to little
