training split

This is mine,

I dont really have mon, tue, wed, thing, If it's sore, I dont do it, I skip to something else. But he's my order.


Legs
Chest and calfs and leg curls
Back
Biceps and Triceps
Shoulders and abs

And I take days off anywhere in between, if I feel like I need a day off then or then I take it. If i'm still sore, I take a day off, do some abs.
 
6'2 220 is kinda of a string bean.. at least to me anyway..
what does your routine look like right now? are you progressing your weights and using compund moves?
im on 5x5 and its working very well for me!!
