i'm trying to figure out a good training split to use right now. my current one is:
monday- chest
tuesday- back
weds- legs. calves
thurs- shoulders, traps
fri- arms
sat- off
sun- off
is this giving me enough rest while i'm on or not? i'm sure someone will ask so my stats are 5'11'' 207 bf is prob around 14% give or take.
