Hey guys,
I thought I'd post up my training schedule to see what everyone thinks.
I do a total of at least 20 sets (all exercises included) of target muscle per day, and then 1 or 2 sets of abs exercises. I finish up my workout w/ wind sprints/line drills on a basketball court.
Sunday: Off
Monday: Legs (Squats) / Cardio (30mins on eliptical)
Tuesday: Chest / Sprints
Wednesday: Back / Abs
Thursday: Shoulders / Abs / Sprints
Friday: Arms / Abs
Saturday: Legs / Abs / Sprints
Right now I'm looking to build some muscle (25 lbs) hence the once a week cardio just to loosen up the legs after leg day. The sprints are to keep up endurance while not being catabolic.
Any ideas/comments/suggestions would be appreciated.
