Training routing during cutting phase?

As most people who talk about training during cutting, they all usually say less weight more reps...but I would like to hear from the gurus and find out what is your take and what routine you guys use during your cutting phase. Thanks

My diet and cardio changes. Thats it. The rep range and volume is typically the same. I do go high rep on legs often when shedding fat.
 
still remain the same weight to keep the muscle big and full. right cardio and diet will burn all the fat.
just the last week is a different story
when I compete they call me tank
