just wanted to see what u guys think of this routine for my up coming cycle:

cycle:
winny 50mg ed
a little t3
and im on about 60iu slin(im diabetic) now.

i know its a little high volume but i think its ok for me.

reps 8-15, 5 sets per exercise(not all working),pyramiding up in weight

monday-arms
bb curls
one arm db preacher curls
concentration curls
skull crushers
overhead db extensions
pulley pushdowns
db wrist curls
rev. bb curls
behind the nack bb wrist curls

tuesday-upper legs
squats
front squats or hack squats
leg extensions
one legged leg press
stiff leg deadlifts
lying leg curls
standing leg curls

wednesday-chest,calves
bb bench press
cable crossover
bb incline press
incline flys
db calf raises
seated calf raises
donkey calf raises

thursday-back
bb rows
wide pulldowns
close pulldowns
db one arm rows
bent db laterals

friday-delts,traps
military press
db laterals
db one arm seated press
side cable laterals
bb shrugs
upright rows
db shrugs

i know back day is not as much as the rest of the days but hey i didnt have anything else to work....
 
5 sets per exercise? damn... and that's a very long list of exercises... looks like you are doing over 30-40 sets of stuff on some days... even while ON I would not do so much... and oh boy...8 to 15 reps per set? damn that's a lot of total reps per day..

but there not all working...if i told u only.....anout 6-8 working sets and the rest just warmups(i have had shoulder injurys, so im like afraid to do HIT type workouts) . i was thinking the volume would be more safer cause of all the warmups....and the pyramids.....

Volume should work well for you as you'll be able to recover even better with the slin usage...guys in my gym give me sh*t for overtraining too but it works sometimes for us diabetcs :D
 
Nah..he's not ready for test yet being diabetic...that takes TONS of preparation
