Monday
Military Press: 5x5 140
Squats: 5x5 235
SLDL: 3-4 sets 185
Ab Pulldowns: 3x10-15
Wednesday
Bench: 5x5 225
Incline Bench w/bands: 3-4 sets 135-165
Barbell Rows: 5 sets 135-225 (some good form, others loose)
Curls: 3x8 95
Green Band Pressdowns: 3x8-10
Friday
Speed Reverse Band Deads: 5-8 Singles (maybe 275)
High Pulls: 3-4 sets 185-225
Shrugs: 2 sets 225
Back Extensions 3x10-15
Calves: 3 sets
