Here's anm aspect, I just can't get a solid grasp on....let's say you havbe no choice but to train late. You slam your PW shake around 9pm. Obviously you want to get in another full meal, but you gotta crash around 10. What do you do? I've tried eating a good meal (steak, potat.., veggies) about 5 minutes before bed and it drives my stomach mad come morning....I've tried to have have another casein shake, some nuts and veggies, in hopes it would be a full, but still no avail.....any suggestions? Cottage cheese?? GOal = to put on mass.....
