training...how often??

hey,

I just started a cycle a few days ago of 500mg/week aratest. Now when i was off the juice I always would train 4 days a week:

Mon- chest, shoulder
Wed- Back
Fri- Legs
Sat- Arms

This routine seemed to be alright when I wasn't on, but now that I am on, should i be working out more or more often?? thx in advance.
 
No your workout seems good-your body still needs time to rest, but on the days you do workout hit the gym as hard as you can.
 
I agree...just bump up the intensity and/or volume but keep doing what worked before...good luck
 
That’s what I did wrong…….

After gaining 17lbs in 2 weeks, on the start of the 3rd week, suddenly I have plateued and nothing feels different… just harder, leaner… I am using 500mg per 8 days SUST250 and 4-5 dbol per day…. and I am getting leaner. All abs are now showing.

I have been training every day – at least one body part each day… Legs twice this week… 10 sets at least – ech time… I collapsed both times…

I think I am overtraining… Or maybe I need to eat more… it’s confusing.
 
Take three days off...it won't hurt you if you are training properly but it will help alot if you have been overtraining. Eat like a starved rhino and relax..then hit the iron again :D
