How do some of you blokes manage to train well, eat well and use AAS perodically throughout the year whilst working as a Tradesman or any other physical job?
Im finding it hard getting back into it, as I work 7-4pm 6 days per week. Also like to train 4-5 days PW??
Do you take a little more gear to cope with the stress on the body? Or simply Up calories to cover everything + more
Also eating 6-8 times a day is hard!
I normally train early but I think Im gunna have to go home EAT then train after work just to fit it all in!
