Training/Cycling whilst working a physical Job?

How do some of you blokes manage to train well, eat well and use AAS perodically throughout the year whilst working as a Tradesman or any other physical job?
Im finding it hard getting back into it, as I work 7-4pm 6 days per week. Also like to train 4-5 days PW??
Do you take a little more gear to cope with the stress on the body? Or simply Up calories to cover everything + more
Also eating 6-8 times a day is hard!

I normally train early but I think Im gunna have to go home EAT then train after work just to fit it all in! :sleeping:
 
I work a busy job with a long work week. I train 3-4 days tops. I still grow and get stronger. Even off cycle.

You just have to train economically. No fluff or "arm" days.

Eat when you can. If you can manage to get all your kcal requirements in 3-4 meals per day do it. Fuck all that eating every two hour bullshit. Make it fit your schedule and don't sweat the small stuff.

There's always a way, sometimes it takes a little trial and error but it can be done.....up until about 2 months ago I had my regular full time job, a Sunday job, & worked in a bar Thursday, Friday, & Saturday nights till 3-4 with a 40 minute drive home....You think it's EZ (no pun intended) to be driving home as the sun is about to rise, knowing you have to be @ work in a few hours?

The point is I still was able to make it work...

You will find the right protocol for you, train smarter...

Early to mid 20's this was no problem. Physical job 60 hrs per wk, and hit the gym 5 days a week. Now mid 30's and still work on my feet 50 hrs a wk, and hit the gym 3-4 x wk. Currently hitting each bodypart 1.5 x wk. Keep it simple, like Southernlord said.
