Tues:

Pretty sore from yesterday's bike ride and golfing, so I did some abs:

PB plate crunches
Reverse PB crunches
Side DB bends

Finished with 10 minutes HIIT. GOing to the Yankees game today, gonna try and keep the diet in check as much as possible.

Felt alright, although I am very very weak. It really only bothers me at the top when I lean back

It seems like it, although I haven't been in the gym or rehab enough in the past 3-4 weeks, which is gonna change right now. The good news is that I feel a lot better when I am active. Just gotta keep pluggin away and see what the doc says in a few weeks
