Training Breakfast - Prep for Incline/OHP day

6 eggs
6 slices of muenster cheese
6 slices of whole wheat bread
32 ounces of vitamin D milk
12 ounce coffee
----------------------------------------------------------
Today's workout will include;

Standing OHP - 5X5
Incline Barbell + mini bands - 2X10
Seated Lockouts + mini bands - 2X10
Barbell Curls - 1X10 ( for t3c )

I will do them with a purple band today (light bands) for 1-2 sets of 20-25 reps.

Changed it up a bit

SK* and I had a solid day man. I alwasy honestly hate upper body days and welcome lower body days!!!!

He looks VERY good on the incline barbell, much more stable than previous weeks. Power cleans still need work but they are improving as well. He needs core work to improve his OHP.

Here was my day;

Incline Barbell
205 + mini bands – 5X5
Seated db press (log grip)
55 lb db's – 3 sets of 12
Power cleans – 135 – 5 sets of 3 (speed)

You should think about it. You are right at the cutoff. You have progressed SO MUCH since the first time i trained with you and i think you would be a force there
