According to Dogg Crapps he said that u should train 4/8 days. And since i've never done the 4 out of 8 i was wondering what you ppl have 2 say who have done it or r still on that routine. Im looking 2 get bigger i dnt care about cut..just want 2 b big n bulky for now thx a lot
 
if u wanna be bulking do madcows variation... its 3 time a week 5x5... best way to bulk up according to everyone whos used it otherwise if your not interested....

i would do a 5/7, thats what i do now sometimes 6/7 with sunday or monday offer depending on work schedule and ive had bench (flat & cg) and squats go up about 10-15 pounds each within the past couple weeks
 
I would train 4 out of 8 rather than 5 out of 7. rest, recovery and food in those 4 off days is key to size.
