I am getting ready to get back into lifting and I am wondering if anyone has any tips on upper body workouts, Chest, back, bi's tri's, and abs. And maybe even a good diet to help cut quicker.
height 5'11
weight 195
medium build
age:23

I am basically looking to cut first and then bulk up towards the end of summer. I have been out of the gym for about 4months so I have some work to do. Last time I was in hardcore I was taking Nitro T3 and Anavol volumizer. Thanks for any ideas you have
 
Hit some cardio to lean out first IMO. It'll make gaining lean mass much easier.

Start as a fatty, end up a bigger stronger fatty, unless you do a lot of cardio or restrict calories.

How much cardio are you saying? I normally did about 10 mins on a bike before work outs and then another 20 after my workout. Do I need more? or something else?

I do 10 minutes on the bike before every workout, but none after. (I do it just to get the blood pumping) But Hardrock has it right in your case.

Bike ,treadmill as long as you raise your BMR sufficiently!
