but combine them with a personal trainer and youve got some bad shit happening.

A personal trainer gets a 300lb woman at 5'4 and he tells her to go do weights on the stability ball, dumbell curls, presses, etc.

Yeah at 75% bodyfat you need to be worrying about core strength and stability muscles. thats the one obstacle in your way to babe-dom.

Man! You want to get girl loosing weight. Get her to bust some ass with some real heavy weights, make her sweat, and then finish her workout with a real session on the treadmill. Then youll see some real results.
