I have experience in the lifting realm. I have done clinics for schools. I WAS certified but personally it's a waste of money. I have a teaching degree which I think gives me a leg up on some other trainers. And I have been lifting for 20 years.
I am not a contest prep guy. I prefer beginners, intermediates and some advanced. I would love to work with powerlifters as well.
I don't get too caught up with the latest and greatest supplements because I think for the most part sound nutrition is what matters. I agree that "food is the greatest anabolic." Although I do believe in the "ines": creatine, glutamine, protein and caffeine.
If you are interested you can email or message me. Pm's are welcomed as well.
The best trainers are intelligent, experienced, good communicators and creative. Ask yourself if you are better off today than you were yesterday with your training. It's time to make your "future" brighter.
