Train all day?

I work in an office.

I sit around all day with only lunch to do cardio.

I don't care if i smell to my co-workers.

We have a small workout center i can go to anytime.

How about i do 10 minutes of hard cardio every hour or so? 3 sets in the morning. 4 sets in the afternoon.

My heart rate would be elevated all day. I would burn a ton of calories.

Opinion?
 
I would be more concered about your joints

with all the cool downs and warms ups

better to do it all at once or if you have to twice in shorter sessions
 
hey try bodyweight tabata intervals using different exercises each time, they take 4 mins, you could pump 4-6 of those a day and if you didn't overtrain you'd be fit as hell.
 
Your HR would not be elvated all day. You would be worn out.

You don't tell us what your goal is - but whatever it is, what you spell out will not help you achieve it.
