I just heard an announcement that a tornado would be in my area. yikes!

I've been in one. I was in a car dealership when the sky turned black in the middle of the day. I had a feeling that something was gonna happen. Windows started bursting. I was in there by myself. I got down on the floor and even though I was agnostic at the time, I prayed. LOL "I'm not ready to die God."
When it was over, cars were tossed all over the lot, nearly all the windows were bursted. A Kip's BigBoy sign had blown into the street probably a mile from it's origin. I saw trees uprooted in people's yards that formed a mound as high as their rooftops from the roots of the trees. It was frightening for the few minutes that it lasted. I never thought I would die.

its like that here with cyclone warnings...all the visitors from interstate are freaking out, locked up in some bunker, and the locals are all like "hey, with all this wind, theres bound to be surf....lets go, but lets stop and get some food first, cause the cyclone will put the barbecue out.."
