Well I finally took the dart in the abs and took my first slin shot. I only did two iu's like most of you said to start off with and really no problems. I took the shot and then drank 20oz of gatorade with creatine and glutimen(sp) waited 1/2 hour and had a 50gram protien shake with 40grams of carbs and then 1 hour later ate lunch which was two chicken breast and a baked potato and then I did not worry to much. I felt a little wierd about 1 hour later so I had some carbs but I'm not sure if it was still the slin or just cause it was plain out fucking hot outside today. I'm taking Humalin-R so do you think it was the slin since it can have a life of 4-6 hours? let me know any thoughts, Thanks bros!!!!!
