what do ya think, or what else could I add in, I felt like I still had energy, my tri's where/are! cooked, but other then that :)
 
chest-

flat bench
incline DBs
incline flyes

tris-
dips (weighted)
skullcrushers
close grip bench

I would skip the declines & overhead press.
