Could too much sex be the cause of the pain in my lower back when i got to do things such as bent over row,s revers flys and deadlift etc..

I think pelvic thrusting could tweak your lower back if doing so puts an unnaturally big arch in your lumber region. I can see that happening from tending to kneel in an upright positon while thrusting. Your mid and upper back would still be perpendicular while your lower back would be pulled way foward by your contracted glutes. Think how badly that would instantly eff up your lower back if you squatted like that.
