damnit..I took 2 tbsp instead of tsp.. Stupid me. That's 180 extra calories and 20g more fat than I planned :( Anyone ever do that?

nope. but I did completely forget my flax AND mayo at home! bastards clean the fridge at work like every Friday and make me take my shit home!

same problem with the fridge here at work! I think I'm going to skip the flax oil on purpose today, and just add it back in tomorrow when I actually take the right amount of fish oil!

20g's fish oild a day sounds about right! I, personally get more, but 180 extra cals a day won't kill ye :o

was taking 40 caps/day ok on your stomach? notice any difference b/w that and taking it by spoon?

40 caps a day - no prob. however I like liquid fish oil more - simply because I found a supplier who has fish oil standardized to >55% EPA/DHA - it cost a lot though, and pills don't come even close to that :o

Should you take flax seed and fish oil together or just one or the other?

How much flax should you supplement in a day?

Totally depends on what diet you're following man!
But get at least 10 grams of some Omega-3 during the day no matter what you're doing...whether it comes from fish oil.. flax oil.. walnuts.. etc..

I'm very strict with my diet, but I've only been supplementing 5 g of flax a day. I guess I have to step that up a little. I'm 5'10", 195 lbs. and about 9% BF right now.

Apart from the fishy aftertaste and the fishy blurbs there is nothing wrong

Skipping the flax oil would be wiser though
