I'm wondering if there might be any problem with a lot of dairy.
I'm aiming for 40%C,30F,30p... probably will go 40p & 30c soon.
I'm getting around 130 - 160 gram Pro per day on average.
In addition to egg whites, chicken & tuna, I usually have almost every day about :
1 cup Low fat cottage cheese
1 cup fat free yougart
1 oz or more low fat mozerella string cheese
1/2 cup skim milk
sometimes low fat cream cheese on a whole grain bagel (maybe once every week or 2).
Anything wrong with that?
