Too heavy for a first cycle?

Never done juice before, been training for years though. Sust/500 week, Eq/375 week, for 8 weeks.
Dealer also threw in 1000 mgs Dbol for free, should I add this too, or too much for first cycle? Looking for 25-35 lbs. mass. What will be the difference in gains with or without d bol? Any help will be appreciated.

I would go ahead and throw the D-Bol in there for the first 4-5 weeks to use it as a kick start to your cycle. 25-30mg/Day would be a good dose. If you have a good diet I think you have a chance to reach your goals. Happy Growing :D

I agree with mustang, but I would run the eq for another 2 weeks to help harden up the gains.

week 1-4 25 - 30mg dbol/day
week 1-8 500mg sus/week
week 1-10 300 - 400mg eq/week

And don't forget the clomid.

week 12 50mg clomid/day
week 13 - 14 25mg clomid/day

Could you explain the reason for this ? You are obviously very knowledgable so I would like your opinion. Eq takes about 3-4 weeks to take fully affect and so do most Tests unless you are using a fast acting one such as Phenyl Prop or Prop so if you use both the Test and Eq for 4 weeks each you would be stopping them right when they are starting to really kick in. Please correct me if I miss understand what you said.

Cals= 600 Fat= 10 Protein=98.2 Carbs= 24

2:30pm
protein shake

Workout
Post workout
Carb Fuel Drink
3 scoops Whey Protein
Cals=650 Fat=4.5 Protein=66 Carbs=87.5

6:00pm
1 cup rice
2 chicken breasts
Cals=525 Fat=8.4 Protein=60.2 Carbs=45

8:00pm
3 scopps Whey Protein
Cals=330 Fat=4.5 Protein=66 Carbs=7.5


10:00pm=
Same as 8:00pm

Total food intake
Cals=3220
Fat=45.4
Protein=460.4
Carbs=220
Most of te carbs come in the morning and right after my workout

Mustang.... Love that diet. It's exactly what I've been looking for! I'm gonna try it starting now. whenever I ask for a quality diet for a bulking cycle, everyone tells me to eat tuna and eggs. Honestly I hate tuna and eggs, i'm a pretty picky eater so it's been hard to find a good diet for a bulking cycle.

Right now I'm in week 3 of this cycle:
Sust 500mg/week
EQ 400mg/week
d-bol 25md/day
arimidex .25mg/day

By the way, how much $ do you spend on protein bars/shakes?????
 
test alone for 4 weeeks then eq alone for 4 weeks??i dont think too many people would do that...but if you cnat get a lot then go for ti but i think eq should be no lower then 8 weeks 10-12 weeks is good test no lower then 7-8 weeks test can be for 10-12 weeks...just my .02

As a AS novice( putting together 2nd cycle now), but with 5 good years of training under my belt, what would you consider as an optimal weekly amount of cyp for a guy 6'er at 185 and hopin to crack ( and stay at) 200 by years end?

THis nonsense, that seems to have originated with Dan Duchaine, that you neeed to go full blast for first cycle is total horse shit! IT gets lots of guys in trouble who don't know what they are doing or how their indivdual bodies react to the steroids. It is pointig novices on the path to aas "abuse" instead of "use". Guys take huge dosages for long cycles, screw up their hpta's, get estrogne levels of pregnant horses, their boduies end up looking like shit, in desperation they try bigger cycles, sooner than they should, they become wreckless, things just get worst, before they know it they are classical textbook examples of how steroids are evil. I have seen tons of guys like this asking me for advice and help with their situations.

I have the same problem as you dude. Fortunately, I only have 2 weeks or so left at this job and it's kind of a scholarship thing so I no longer really care! What sucks is that I'm not going to have as much board time during the school year.:(

19 years old? You should wait another 5 years as your natural test is high enough. (obligatory condemnation)

With that much gear why not just do two 8 week cycles with half those doses, with 16 weeks in-between? You'll keep more muscle mass in the end instead of blowing up like the michelin man and then crying about how you only kept half of your gains.

Do you have anti-estrogen and plenty of clomid? Don't start the cycle until you do. :)
 
The conservative points made above are well taken. However, I think furious1 pretty much hit the nail on the head with his suggestions. 500 mg. sust + 25 mg. per day of dbol + 300 mg. per week of eq. should have juiceman growing very quickly. He has a solid base of training.

Since this will be a first cycle, arimidex or at least clomid or nolvadex should be added in to prevent gynomastia.

Yes, make sure you have an anti-e(I prefer arimidex) to prevent gyno and clomid to use post cycle to get the "boys" humming along again. Also, stop insulting our NATO allies. You're about to start an international incident!
 
Did you guys miss this? This kid calls himself JUICEMAN yet he is asking advise on taking his first cycle!!! And your 19 years old bro but you say you've been training for several. I suggest you train for a few more years before you decide to do AS. Hey, change your handle too!!!!!:p :p :p

And if you feel this cycle is too excessive, the dbol should be the first thing to be dropped.
