I'll probably be doing most of the bathroom work myself, and the walls and any tiling and painting and repairs. not the kitchen or siding.

Interesting, I just got an offer from our real state agents, we are in the middle of seliing 2 things to buy 3 other things. Times like this are stressing, what with doing all the math, figuring out how much risk you can afford (that is the worst) and looking at expected returns.

All in all, it beats putting money in the bank and watch it die.
