The way I look at it, fuck Chong and his shady bizz. Dude is getting rich off of young naive kids. Think about it, who the fuck buys bongs? I know a lot of old weed-heads and not one owns any glass...the young generation buys Chongs shit. The colors, shapes, cartonny figures, etc. are marketed towards young people. Since the product is marginal, no warnings are placed on it describing the fucked up side effects (lung cancer). MAny of these young dumbfucks (myself included) had or have no idea how bad smoking herb is for your lungs...seeing glass sold in stores only promotes the "pot is harmless" shitick. With all the other harmful legal vices, I don't think we need to legalize more

Never said it was okay for tobacco companies to market to kids. If you follow tobacco legislation, you would know that tobacco companies are paying hefty fines for shady marketing practices. Along with huge fines, tobacco companies are very restricted with their marketing practices. Remember the Basic coffe mug and Newport tank top (two items certainly in hooch's trailer)? No longer available, due to the marketing effects on young kids. In other words, tobacco companies have been punished, just like Chong is getting his punishment...

I agree!!! also he is in jail for bongs,but Wal-mart is selling Rolling papers along with tobacco products and no one is bothering them...so the feds decides it looks much better going after a high profile individual. Totally Bull!

Here there's at least 3 boutiques downtown (including a Cannabis related items store) selling bongs, rolling paper (one brand being "cannabis certified") and books on how to grow your own herb. Clerks go smoke a big fat joint during their lunch break. They've never been arrested cuz it's fuckin legal here. I'm still amazed people make such a big deal with pot...
