I took the kayak from the backyard out onto the ICW today. Found an uninhabited stretch of sand/island and layed out for a bit....then chased three bottlenose dolphins around the waterway for about an hour. They let me get within ten feet once and fifteen to twenty feet a number of other times....and I got to watch them play and do jumps for a little bit. It was unreal.

Yeah, good day so far.

it is. You have no idea how badly I needed this recharge. The funny thing is, I'm not even doing as much diving as I thought I would....but that's fine with me. I would have stayed out there longer if not for the fact that I knew I would roast. I already have a pretty legit tan and it's not even June yet.

Serene is a great word for it. Except I was so damn excited about the dolphins. My heart was racing. It was seriously the most amazing thing. AMAZING i tell you. I tried to get pictures but I had my phone in a plastic baggie and it took too long to get it out and get the camera going.

I am not that big for nature I like it in the city get to a park's and stuff is nice. Or Toronto's lakeshore long walks kick ass. Or as of late the back deck at my new place lounging in the swing surfing the interweb via wireless awesomeness loving sunshine and life. I am a big sun person more then anything if the sun is out I want to be outside.

Nothing beats a party of just U and a buddy taking a timeout on a lazy afternoon, listening to an ipod... of music your aunt sent you 6 months ago.

That's how I feel... when discussing leaving Costa Rica my husband was all "but the green and nature the beaches, the outdoors,the animal,etc" I was more like "the bugs, the heat, the humidity, etc"Im more of an asfalt girl, never been happiest than in NYC
