I would love for everyone to wait before they use steroids I really would. I would love to make the stand and say " you are not getting the information from me" and try my best to get people not to take steroids until they are older. I been making this stand for soooooooo damn long though and I have seen person after person use anyway. Its tiresome and I am almost running out of strength to make the good fight. I think to my self wtf they are all going to use anyway at least I can do more good insuring they use the right way??

My mom used to let me and my friends drink in the basement at like 17 or 18. She didn't like it but she knew if she was watching us, we wouldn't be drinking in some parking lot and then drive around.

Way too many solid, effective natty supps on the market these days to even think about hormones at an early age...just my opinion.

If one of these no-base skinny kids were to run a couple of natty supps from NTBM or mrsupps, get their diet right and run a good 5x5 program, they'd be the biggest fucker in their school by the end of one year.

It's all about the shortcut they want. Just lazy...

needto you have convinced me...

I was dead set until I start reading on this site (app)

great information on here im 24 wont be starting till least mid 30, s or when ever ny test takes a dive..

all natural baby no shortcuts

Im 17 and will start using gear soon. And your right.. There is no need to argue it.

Not fighting to try to help guys realize the damage they can do to themselves by using AAS at too young an age, is actually endorsing it. If they choose to use anyway, at least I can say I tried to wake them up. Unfortunately, they will realize we were right at some point.

Never Give Up!

Many will ignore your advice, but at least a few have followed it and avoided getting involved too early. They may not be as vocal as the idiots that ignore you, but you have helped those people avoid getting into something that could fuck them up for years to come and maybe even saved a life or two.

Perspective my friend.

I was mentored at a young age to avoid hormones till later in life.. without that mentoring I would of probably used.. glad i waited though.

the ones that don't listen won't make it in this lifestyle anyway.. they will run steroids and get nowhere then quit. if you can't gain without steroids then this hobby isn't for you anyway. thats my view

im pretty much at that point as well... i feel professionally obligated to give the best advice possible, which would be to avoid usage at a young age but I also want to make sure that people are doing it right... so i will always recommend the safest things first but i don't want people that are going to do it anyway to hurt themselves...

lol, i have 2 friends that only workout when they're on cycle, i see them juiced up, then 2 month later back to where they started.. But with just those 2 month cycle they put on more mass than someone whos been working out for 2 yrs.. I workout because i love bodybuilding and this is a lifestyle to me and not a quick fix.
Just wait till summer, where almost everyone will start working out and jucing the day before summer begins, lmfao..

See what I mean. This dues not even 18 yest has butt loads of karma and a ton of post on this site. Slipped through the cracks maybe or has he learned a thing or two?

My first cycle I was 19 and I wish I had waited. I hate endorsing it but they will find a way around it one way or another.

Well ive been reading and learning. I have a future in this sport and I don't think I should wait. There aren't many people on this site who currently have/or will have a future in the sport that didn't use gear at a young age. Its the blunt truth

here is why dumb kids shouldn't be juicing... and i think this dude is like in his mid 20's. but still a kid in my eyes. Trenbolone: day 2 - YouTube the dude never worked out in his life yet is using tren and doesn't know shit about fitness or AAS use. there are hundreds of idiots like this on youtube giving out advice btw but he takes the cake.. i watch these vids for the LOL's like watching a trainwreck.

unfortunately people like that hurt the image of roid users.

as for Evan you know more at your age than most guys who are way older, BUT keep in mind the younger you mess with hormones the sooner you will be on HRT. your body is still going through a lot of changes and if you fuck around with those changes you will have issues in your 20's and 30's for sure. its like marrying the first person to give you a handjob, its just not a smart decision because you have no clue how good that pussy feels compared to others and that chick is thinking the same thing .. thats why you gotta fuck atleast 20 or 30 of them before even thinking about marriage. and fitness is no different, it takes years and years to learn what works for you and what you react to

Holly, this made me lol, because I know a couple friends that did this. Bam, divorced 2 years later

If I'm being honest, If I had the knowledge and funds and food supply I would have started in high school. Specifically for football, not just for something to do. But that would have been around 1993-ish. So the knowledge then would have surely led me to have some serious health problems now. IF>> IF.... you were to do it too young....this is at least the best time for supps, support, knowledge, ect ect...to be able to do things as safe as possible.
Those that start right into AAS like Criminal10 jerkoff and this other kid I just saw at my gym with absolutely ZERO base...are just loser lazy worthless faggots.

You guys want something to really get up in arms about... my kid is 11, 5'7" 170. Squats, Deads, BP, ect.(500 lb leg press even) This year was his 5th football season. His prep for next football season started 2 days after this season ended. Genetically speaking he's looking at 6'4-6'7" and seeing as he diets like a bodybuilder already (for the most part) he's looking at most likely with food, training and supps(no supps til teens) around 280-300 lb. Natty. He literally will eat more than me if I let him.
However...should he need "help" towards the end of H.S. to get into a D1 program then I will be there to guide him. I dont see it needed til college though. Again...I'll be there for him if need be if its what it takes to get him to the draft. But obviously in this situation its not about being a bodybuilder its about strength and explosive power to add on top of your existing talent. AAS does NOT equal talent. But he's already turning into a run stuffing QB crushing machine.

I agree 100% that's why I used at young age. I wasn't looking for a shortcut but I needed help reaching my goal I busted my ass did all my research and had a kick ass diet so I was ok. D1 football is crazy the athletes at the level are super humans. I've known a couple kids in the past who weren't as diligent and they lost everything they got while on though.

By the way your kid sounds like a machine haha

The irony is, there are natty products that would give a kid today a TREMENDOUS advantage, never before possible. If a kid was dead set on using, I'd say, take a couple of d-bol for a couple of weeks and get it out of your system. But bottom line -- you have to learn how to train seriously to make any gains -- with or without sauce.

start lifting young yes.. leave the hormones till later.

i think it should be a requirement for all kids in school to take weightlifting as freshman in high school.. male and female.. developing a strong base when you are young will pay off later on in life not to mention the health benefits.

flame....pfff the dude is 17 and shouldn't be on here in the first place.
Nevermind if i used some foul language to prove that point.
Ill go wash my mouth out with soap (oops maybe ill just wash my hands)

There's a guy who works and works out at my gym, must be late twenties, 5'11, 140lbs... Has asked me a few times about steroids 'what you take..?' (polish) and I just talk to him about my diet, supplement routine and training techniques, avoiding the topic of gear... I understand this guy is old enough, but would I really be doing him any favors advising him on gear when he's training for size and not even 150lbs.... Is he magically going to suddenly know how to eat and train just because he shoots some test? Then there's the other side... I worry he's gonna go buy some test and deca with no pct and become another horror story when I could have helped him in a more realistic manner (he's gonna do it anyway right?) so while the situation isn't exactly the same I can identify with the issues some of you mods etc face... not easy

if you feel like another member breaks a rule next time report their post or PM a mod.

or another option is PM'ing that member and telling them your feelings. to flame anyone on here will not be tolerated on the fitness forums.. you can do that in C&C, but not here.

you can use foul language on here, but telling a member to get the fuck out of here and then insulting them is far beyond what you claim you did.

Ya the whole baggy pants thing went out in the 80's.. Problem for me is I lost like 65lb this past summer lol.. So now even half my belts don't fit anymore.

Same most my clothes are from when i was fat so they bag

Okay thats cool. So my question is here, why is this kid still allowed to be posting on here?

5) We do not condone advising people under the age of 21 to use AAS.

If you're under 21, dont ask. If asked by an under-21 member, don't tell.
Saying "I know you're going to do it anyway even though it's a mistake" is not "providing guidance" -- it is a cop-out.

So since it is not 'condoned' he is allowed to post here? but only because he is not asking questions?

the 'get the F outta here' comment was a figure of speech that I use in day to day conversation in a joking manner, and was not saying Get off the board in any way. Now the other part of the comment was "flaming" , and its cool that it was deleted but NO where on the rules does it say I cannot say that OR say i cant flame. It says treat every member with respect, and cool I wasnt respectful so it gets deleted? Just trying to understand the rules here.

He's not asking about AAS or trying to get cycle help. He almost never posts in the AAS forum, and when he does it's usually to tell some 145 pounder they aren't ready for AAS yet.

You were directly disrespectful to another established member who never gave you reason to be. That is not allowed here.

If you want to flame, go see how long you last in Chat and Conversation....

The kid never made a secret of his age. He has one of the most regularly updated and well kept logs on the site and the very title of it says he was 16 when he started the log. and like others have said, he hasn't asked for or received any advice on AAS.

a year ago on EF you would have been timed out for a day.. the new EF is different though.. notice on the AAS forum how smooth things run.. cuz the mods on here run a tight ship.. if people start taking advantage of that though we drop the hammer. go on other steroid forums and see what goes on, total lack of respect for the members and mods.. on EF we do things differently

anyway its over and done with and this will be the last post on it.
