for his first time using dbol or test that is very high doses, i would say run the dbol at 20 mg ed and the test at 300 mg.

Thats sounds like a much better idea, especially with your goals and gyno problem. Var is expensive though, so you might want to switch it to Winny if cost is an issue. Something like this:

1-10 40mg var (or 50mg winny)
1-8 400 - 500mg EQ

wow 10 weeks of winny wouldn't make any friends with his liver...

I got the proviron idea of a UK thread, Im sure someone will correct me, but I beleive that the Proviron is a strong androgen that is not real anabolic, so it essentially competes for the aromatase enzyme and therefore reduces the total amount of conversion to estrogen. And it gives you some good wood |0|

that sounds pretty on par with what i've heard. keeps the yang up, fights estrogen sides.
