I workout 3 days and stop for 1. On the 3 days I work everything i look to improve and on the 1 day I do cardio. Is this hurting gains
 
Impossible to accurately answer w/out more detail all around. Lifting history, dietary habits, daily tonnage, etc. It's not 'per se' too much.
 
ive been lifting again for a month, its been two years since. high protein diet, I lift what i can 5x5 I never use a set weight.
