Need Appetite Stimulant
Attention list mods and gurus, can someone please post any info on appetite stimulants available and or methods to increase appetite. I’m currently 265 at maybe 10%(abs visible) and eating 5300cals a day over 8 meals. Protein 600G, Carbs 450G, Fat100G. Eating every 2 hours. It’s time to eat again and it looks like another force-feeding, which gets old fast. When I cut calories I lose muscle and waste gear. I hate to think of how much money I have wasted on juice just because I did not eat enough to make it work properly. Think about it Juice makes your body build, store and retain extra protein (nitrogen) but if you burn everything you eat then there in no extra to store.
I’m Currently eating 6 shakes and 2 chicken meals, and have solid carbs with the shakes as I grow best/leanest on liquid protein and solid carbs, so I can’t just up the liquid calories.
Any help out there on the food consumption issue? I know I could be 300lbs if I could find a way to get the food in.
Even when I try to rationalize eating less to lean out it doesn’t work just get smaller and a little leaner, however 5000 calories and cardio +ECA gets me ripped. So I’m still needing help on the food issue. EAT EAT EAT 5000+caloreis sounds easy but try it.
