to cut or not?

im debating on weather or not i should get cut now after i finish my dbols in 3 weeks. Should i continue to bulk till my next cycle in jan. which would be test/eq and then start to cut, or should i start cutting off cycle. Im just worried about loosing alot of str and size.
 
I saw your pics. You are to small to cut. If your taking steriods it should either be to get big or for athletics / sports reasons. The male model look can easily be obtained w/o steriods.
 
why cut ur not even fat.i would say good bulk. just keep it with good foods.

well i want to get really lean like 8-10%bf right now im 12-14%

i like that look better then the big bulky look that i am right now. Im to short and bulky
 
build some more muscle b4 you try to cut down
at your size if you try to cut now you will just end
up looking skinnier
sad but true
work on putting on some lean muscle mass with loads of
quality food
dont do the whole cut vs bulk BS
if you want the male model look then drop the AAS

i just want some sick ass abs, and a nicer chest since i feel it is a little to flabby

Firstable the "male model" look is great and very hard to get it!
I'm not a big fun of the dbol baby, moon face look.. Arms with no shape..etc

I'm 190, 6% BF, 31w and loving it. Ripped, defined and my strength is over the limit..Bench 225x6, shrugs 380x8, barbell curl 120x6 it's not bad especially when I see those big guy with no strength or same strength like me.. Yes you need juice for it. You can start with some anavar, tren, test combo. Cardio and very clean eating.

Try and do both together bro. Get lbm while trying to stay lean. Works pretty good for me.

exactly what im trying to do right now. but i was thinking maybe to take it a step further and just start trying to get ripped. all i really want is visible abs and my chest not to be so shitty, everything else on me i am happy with but if i try to cut id problemly loose where i am at, and then ill be pretty disappointed. so i guess ill continue with what im doin, then on my next cycle with the way im working out now ill prob drop a few %bf and be good.

Keep putting on the mass bro. In July I wanted to cut, got down close to 10% and just said fuck it till I get to a stable and semi lean 12-14% @ 230lbs.

It's not a too good pic of me, but you can see I'm very lean.

Considering my body type and weight I think its pretty descent.
 
Bulk dude. Cut up after you get some size.

Being average size and cut is great for a photo shoot but other than that you will look like an average joe with your shirt on.

Do you want to look like a bodybuilder or a guy who does crunches and push ups at home?
 
in my experience cutting and bulking is the way to go. I have always been able to add the most size after I finish a cutting diet and begin bulking again. its like the body over compensates and makes you put on mass quicker.

so for me I will always diet in the spring and bulk in the winter.

I mean it really depends on where you live, like me im in Miami so I can blow up right now but starting Jan I can start cutting just in time for spring break/summer. I mean you're 25 you should know what your body responds to by now assuming you've been lifting for a while. I would wait until Jan, 3 weeks into DBOL you should keep going along with it. What else you taking besides DBOL? Plus keep in mind once you get off DBOL you will lost a lot of that thickness appeal so you might end up a little cutter than you would expect. Who knows.

i live in florida to so gotta stay lean year round. I was on test winny then i dropped the winny for dbol because it didnt do shit, and then test ran out 2 weeks early underfilledd shit and it was in a 15ml vial to (check the gear picture section if u want to know what im talkn about). anyway i think ima just do what im doin now which is not bulkin but not cutting. then in jan im going to hit up some test e and eq or masteron or primo lol i cant decide.

If you really want to boast about strength, squats, deadlifts and military press are more of the markers of how strong someone is.

I am going to lean out insanely over the next few months then train to add some more lbm. Then after that I will do a cycle for some size. It's hard to say, do what you want, if you want to gegt shredded first do that first.

Didn't you post up in the diet forum asking for advice? Honestly bro, and I am not trying to be an ass, but you have no business using AAS with your limited diet knowledge. Get your diet together and you should be able to gain LBM while maintaining or losing bf%.

Your pictures show a really nice foundation at a decent BF now. What you need to do is start cooking. Get that wok SL was talking about. Drop the cereal, boost, sugar filled protein bars and start eating lots of good clean food. This is the path. Galaxy, SL, Tat, they all know what they are talking about. Just listen to this one thing and forget about compounds and cutting vs bulking for now.

You've got a great start, don't blow it by forming bad diet habits that are going to hurt you long term (and short term really).

BULK BULK BULK!!!!! Cut in January! Try to gain as much mass as possible before your next cycle.

If you can pack on another 5-10lbs and then cut during your next cycle you'll look bigger and better.
 
I Believe another 15 pounds is possible, and winter approaching who is gonna see that body anyway-so bulk and come Jan, Mornin Cardio after a 12 hrs fast from your last meal will do a hatchet job on BF,so you can really shine come summer!

Using gear to cut is a waste IMO, especially for these purposes.
