If you do, make a point of working out a little extra the next day, or else go for a run before you pig out. I usually try to keep my cheat days to once a week when cutting, but just compensate with more working out if I do it more often.
Of course, now I basically just eat whatever I feel like, in moderation.
 
i'm not really cutting, i've just dropped a lot of carbs. i wouldn't mind losing a little fat, but i gotta reserve room for protein.

one tbsp of ANPB down.....another to go....

maybe follow with a shake and some raw oatmeal in it...at least that's clean carbs, not crap.
